Training Runs

For specific races during the year we organise training runs to make distances easier.

Training programmes can be found under Training and the runs will be communicated via e-mail and whatsapp.

Regular e-mails will also be send out regarding the runs.

Damhuis Run every Saturday @7:00 from parking area in front of Damhuis Restaurant. The distance is up to 11km around Melkbos.
